Permission is granted to temporarily use Vietbikes for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities that occur under your account.
4. Listing Guidelines
When listing motorcycles on our platform, you must:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about the motorcycle
- Own the motorcycle or have proper authorization to sell it
- Include clear, recent photos of the actual motorcycle
- Set fair and reasonable prices
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
We reserve the right to remove any listing that does not comply with our photo recommendations, or that we believe is suspicious, misleading, fake, or non-authentic. In these cases, we may request that you relist with compliant information, or suspend or ban the user account.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our platform for:
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Harassment or abuse of other users
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Listing stolen or illegally obtained motorcycles
- Circumventing our fee structure
6. Disclaimer
The information on this website is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vietbikes excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.
